Overview
Our return and refund policy is valid for 30 days.
If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Additionally, it must be in its original packaging.
Non-returnable items include:
Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines)

Hazardous materials or flammable liquids and gases
Downloadable software products
Gift cards

Return Process
To process your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send the product back to the manufacturer.
Partial refunds may be granted in certain situations:
Books with obvious signs of use
Opened CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassettes, or vinyl records
Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not attributable to us

Refunds

Late or Missing Refunds

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
Once the returned item is received, a gift voucher will be sent to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift or was sent to the gift giver first, the refund will go to the gift giver, and they will be notified of the return.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning the item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If your refund is approved, return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
